Return Policy

Overview

This Return Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for printing services purchased from Specialaestudio. Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, returns are handled differently from standard retail items.

Custom Printed Products

Most of the items we produce are personalised or made to order based on the artwork, text, and instructions you provide. For this reason, we are generally unable to accept returns or offer refunds where:

  • The printed products match the approved proof and the specifications agreed before production.
  • Issues arise from errors or omissions in the artwork, text, or instructions supplied by you.

Quality Issues and Damaged Goods

We want you to be satisfied with the quality of your prints. If your order arrives damaged, or you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the issue.

Where we confirm that there is a printing error or damage caused by us or our delivery partners, we will, at our discretion:

  • Reprint the affected items at no additional charge, or
  • Offer an appropriate refund or partial refund.

Reporting a Problem

If you experience an issue with your order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. This allows us to review the matter while the job details and materials are still available.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your name and contact details.
  • Your order reference or invoice number.
  • A description of the issue and how many items are affected.
  • Photographs showing the issue, if possible.

Colour and Material Variations

Minor variations in colour, paper texture, and cutting are a normal part of the printing process. While we make every effort to achieve consistent results, slight differences may occur between your screen and the final printed product. Such variations do not usually qualify as defects.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered production or have been completed cannot usually be cancelled. In some cases, we may be able to stop production and charge only for the work completed up to that point.

Returns Procedure

Where we have agreed that items should be returned for inspection, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send them. Please do not return any products without contacting us first, as this may delay our ability to resolve the issue.

Business Customers

Our printing services are primarily provided to business customers. Statutory consumer cancellation rights that apply to distance contracts may not apply to custom printed business orders. This policy does not affect any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
